What are the accepted forms of payment?

We accept all major credit cards, cash & ride vouchers. We do NOT accept checks.

What are your policies on alcoholic beverages?

We do NOT provide alcoholic beverages, however you more than welcome to bring your own.

What are your delay polices?

Waiting time table:
15 min – all hotel and residences pickups
15 min – private aviation arrival pickups (domestic & international)
30 min – domestic arrival pickups
1 hour – international arrival pickups
Exceeding wait times will result in additional charges based on the hourly rate of the type of vehicle reserved.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be cancelled up to 12 hours of pickup time for full refund, any cancellations after that will be considered late and charged full amount.

What happens if I leave something behind?

We do not take responsibilty over items left behind, however you can still contact us in case you think you have left something behind in one of our vehicles.

Can I exceed original reservation hours?

Yes, absolutely, there will be additional charges based on time.

Do you provide car seats for children?

Yes, as long as we are advised during reservation.

What are luggage size and quantity limits?

It depends of the vehicle.
